This week's profile: the score to The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's story. Long John Tanner, BC radio legend and host of the show right before mine alternating weeks, Son of Nite Dreems, does a pop-in (or quack-in). As I recently found out, he's been extending his podcast into the first 10 minutes of my show.

I suspect that some listeners confuse our somewhat similar radio voices; during the show, I got this great call from a cabbie after playing a Cramps song. He pulled over to a phone booth since he doesn't carry a mobile phone and thought I was J.T. However, once that was clarified, it turns out he used to own a store that once had the Cramps play there and he was friendly with them for a while. He said he saw them live a half dozen times at least, including a deranged show at a Chinese restaurant in Seattle.
