The fourth annual CITR Fundrive is on, though for only a few hours more as of writing. As we work to achieve our goal of $24 000 Canadian, these two shows attempt to work the phone lines and web sites. Monday evenings are notoriously spartan times for activity, though updates from the online donation handlers indicated that money was coming in.
The first show provided a distilled version of recent episodes, mixing from Krautrock and Italian composers to funk and recent covers. The second stuck pretty firmly to music from the original Star Trek series, with excursions into the recent film reboot and pop culture ephemera.
